At QC Fit Yoga we are a holistic wellness studio aiming to bridge the gap between mental and physical health. We do this through promoting holistic wellness through integrated practices that nurture both the mind and body.  Each class is curated with not just your physical health in mind but also your mental health. 


At QC Fit Yoga we offer a wide variety of classes. If you're looking to start your day off with bliss or simply need to unwind, reset, release and restore from your day. Check out our QC BLISS, UNWIND, RESET & RESTORE classes. 

Yoga Session

In QC Bliss, the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position. This preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures the joints, muscles, and connective tissue.

QC Reset & Restore is a deeply restorative practice focusing on longer holds and total-body stretches. This class provides a calm and relaxing space to let go of tension, focus on your breath, and let all your stresses fall away. All-levels and beginner-friendly.

Release from your day and unwind. QC Reset is designed to help you reset your mind and body. This class is heated to 95 degrees allowing your muscles to release tension and tightness. Come ready to unwind and reset. 

QC Release 

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

QC Release is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine to help you release tension and tightness and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. This is a great class for beginners or advance students looking for a restful class that focuses on restoring flexibility and/or working deeply into joints and tissues that are “locked up” from past injuries or from repetitive motion.

QC Unwind Slow Flow

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

 Unwind and destress while learning the fundamentals of flow. In this all-levels class, you will move slowly and meditatively through breath- synchronized movements designed to create softness in your body and relieve unwanted tension and stress. This class also incorporates yin-inspired holds to encourage healing and recovery. All levels and beginner-friendly.

QC Power is all about breath to movement. The focus is on alignment and breath, with special emphasis on flow. Finding flow through each pose. QC Power flow will you feeling powerful and rejuvenated. 

QC Fit45

Intermediate, Advanced

QC FIT 45 is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this 45 minute high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Prenatal Yoga Class

Prenatal yoga is a practice uniquely designed for pregnancy that can help support expecting mothers emotionally and physically. With an emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength, prenatal yoga can help you become more resilient during and after pregnancy.

HIIT based ASS-ana yoga flow that incorporates the rhythmic vibration of sound, movement & energy to ignite, uplift and align your soul.

Deep Stretch Sound Bath

A deep stretch sound bath is your chance to release energetic tension in the mind and body through soul opening asanas paired with sacred sound healing therapy. Through hands on assisting of your body and the healing sounds of the instruments that surround the space , you’ll have a chance to practice the art of pausing long enough to listen to  what your body wants to say to you through the language of sensation. Expect to be guided into the parts of your mind and body that are craving your attention, instructed on how to use sacred sound to raise your vibration, and release what no longer serves you. 

This is Personal
(Heated Vinyasa)

Take a journey into your personal power with a 60 minute HEATED vinyasa. This beginner AND seasoned practitioner  friendly class is for the person who wants to push themselves past their perceived limits in a safe space. Expect to build fire in your body through strength and spirit building asanas designed to help you activate the highest version of yourself. After building the fire within , you’ll be guided into using the fire to cleanse and clear your body of tension , experiencing a full energetic release of the mind ,body, and soul.
