Yin/Journaling Workshop
We all carry so much in our minds - thoughts, emotions, worries, hopes, and questions that swirl around all day. Most of the time, we drown them out with distractions: endless notifications, tasks, and responsibilities. This class is your invitation to pause. For 90 minutes, you’ll have a quiet, supportive space to be with yourself. Not in a scary or overwhelming way, but in a way that helps you breathe, reflect, and see your thoughts clearly. We’ll start with about 45 minutes of slow, grounding Yin Yoga, then transition into about 30 minutes of guided journaling. The prompts are intentionally chosen each month to help you explore your emotions, uncover patterns, and bring clarity to the thoughts that often stay buried under daily distractions. You don’t need to be a writer, have perfect grammar, or share a single word. This is simply about putting what’s in your head onto paper, making the overwhelming feel smaller and giving yourself the gift of understanding. What to Bring & Know: - Bring your own favorite journal or notebook; extra paper and pens are always provided. - Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. - You’re welcome to bring your own tea or water; a Keurig is available for tea and water bottles for purchase. - Yoga props (mats, blocks, bolsters) are available, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like. - This is a quiet, reflective space. No expectation to share or interact; come as you are.

WELLTH LAB- Charlotte
A note from the Founder of Experience WELLTH
I created Experience WELLTH after years of doing racial equity and justice work inside institutions that asked everything of me: my intellect, my labor, my leadership, while quietly eroding my wellbeing. Like many Black women, I stayed longer than I should have. Not because I didn't see the harm, but because I believed my presence could make positive impact. My body told a different story.
Experience WELLTH was born from the understanding that we shouldn't have to leave our jobs, our cities, or our lives to receive care, and that healing shouldn't be a luxury reserved for retreats far away. WELLTH Labs are my offering toward a different way: local, accessible, community-centered healing, in real time.
