90-Minute Yoga + Journaling Session: Space to Breathe, Time to Reflect
Join us for a quiet, grounding 90-minute experience that combines the stillness of Yin yoga with the self-inquiry of journaling. The session begins with 45 minutes of breath work and gentle, long-held Yin postures to help the body release tension and prepare the mind for deeper reflection. You’ll then have 30 minutes of quiet, independent journaling guided by a theme and a few optional prompts. This time is yours—no group sharing or discussion required. You’re encouraged to use it for personal exploration, emotional clarity, or simple presence. The final 15 minutes will close with restorative breathwork and savasana, helping you integrate the practice with ease and softness. This class offers a unique opportunity to: Build a consistent journaling practice Cultivate emotional awareness and inner clarity Process thoughts in a supportive, non-social setting Connect with others through quiet presence, without pressure to interact All are welcome. Bring your journal, an open mind, and the willingness to just be. Comfortable clothes are encouraged. Pens/pencils are available but you are still welcome to bring your own.
