Body & Mind
QC Power is an energetic and dynamic yoga class that focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving cardiovascular endurance. This class is designed to challenge and invigorate both the body and mind, making it perfect for those looking for a more intense and fast-paced yoga experience.
Deep Stretch Sound Bath
Yoga and Sound Healing
A deep stretch sound bath is your chance to release energetic tension in the mind and body through soul opening asanas paired with sacred sound healing therapy. Through hands on assisting of your body and the healing sounds of the instruments that surround the space , you’ll have a chance to practice the art of pausing long enough to listen to what your body wants to say to you through the language of sensation. Expect to be guided into the parts of your mind and body that are craving your attention, instructed on how to use sacred sound to raise your vibration, and release what no longer serves you.

Through our yoga programs, classes, and workshops, we aim to provide a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures both mental and physical health. We believe that yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery, self-care, and self-empowerment, and we are committed to sharing its benefits with individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
Our experienced and compassionate instructors guide students through a variety of yoga practices, including asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindfulness techniques. We create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can explore their inner landscape, release stress and tension, cultivate self-awareness, and develop a deep connection with their bodies and minds.
